Requirements
- All investment projects proposed within Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park must be carried out in accordance with the overall plan as outlined for the park and approved by Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park Administrative Committee.
- With an investment agreement signed and site layout and master plan adopted, enterprises shall undergo necessary procedures for site selection, examination and approval by Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park Administrative Committee.
- Site shall be selected according to the master plan or reselected in accordance with the overall plan for Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park.
- Production operations and wastewater discharge shall reach national standards for environmental protection.
- Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park Administrative Committee reserves the right in its sole discretion at any time to plan, design and construct all support infrastructures within the park. Any modifications to existing infrastructure done by enterprises in accordance with the overall plan for the park can be permitted.
- All dismantling of scrap and waste materials must be conducted within enclosed buildings, and all scrap and waste materials must not be stored outside of required workshops.
- Enterprises established within Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park must conduct their operations under the overall management of Chang San Jiao Eco-industrial Park Administrative Committee.
